ACCOMPLISHED JOURNALIST
For more than two decades, Luanne “Annie” Hunt pursued a career in journalism, bringing her curiosity, compassion, and natural storytelling abilities to newspapers and publications across Southern California.
Her work included feature writing, entertainment reporting, personality profiles, and interviews with notable figures in music and popular culture.
Writing under the bylines Luanne Hunt and Luanne J. Gambone, she contributed to publications including the Victorville Daily Press, where she worked from 2015 to 2019.
Throughout her journalism career, Annie developed a reputation for approaching interviews as conversations rather than interrogations. She believed that the most compelling stories often emerged when people felt comfortable enough to speak openly about their experiences.
Her interviews with entertainers, songwriters, producers, and other fascinating individuals offered opportunities to explore the people behind their public accomplishments.
Among her most memorable assignments were conversations with country music icon Naomi Judd, legendary producer Milt Okun, and songwriter Dick Holler.
Annie's years as a journalist also strengthened the creative instincts that would later inform her songwriting, documentary filmmaking, and original theatrical productions.
Today, those same storytelling skills remain central to her work as President and Artistic Director of Stellar Stage Multimedia Productions, where she continues to bring meaningful stories to audiences through music, film, and live entertainment.
